Caroline graduated with her diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy in 2020 and is currently on her final year of her four year Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture).
Caroline specialises in Cupping Therapy and embodied within her remedial massage treatments, provides techniques to promote relaxation, improve circulation, relieve muscle tension and increase range of movement. Since 2015, Caroline has also been providing treatment in the area of Tui Na Massage. She has also furthered her studies in pregnancy, labour induction and post-natal massage.
Caroline is a friendly, patient and outgoing professional with a passion for supporting each client’s individual needs and tailoring treatments in order to achieve their short and long term goals.
Specialising in lymphatic drainage, often as a result of surgery or injury, and one of our resident dry needling therapists, Andrew established Total Body Wellness over 10 years ago. Now, with such a stong reputation in the industry, Andrew’s loyal clientielle continue to expand in diversity due to his dedication to treating patients with long term and debilitating issues and his ability to identify and treat affected areas.
Having spent many years studying pregnancy massage and consulting with leading gynaecologist and obstetricians in the field he also specialised in pregnancy massage, especially pregnancy induction massage when the baby is overdue as well as provides ongoing after-care.
Andrew also continues to work with a number of high profile athletes and performers, including members of the NRL, Queensland Ballet, Australian Women’s Volleyball 2002 Olympic Gold Medallists, Australian Wallabies, Queensland Symphony Orchestra, Pro circuit Triathletes and Cyclists, as well as professional bodybuilders.
Caroline completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2010. She specialises in the treatment of athletes, injury rehabilitation, lower limb dysfunction and correcting muscular imbalances. Her additional studies include certificates in Pregnancy Massage, Traditional Eastern Cupping, Deep Tissue Therapy and Sport Specific First Aid.
Caroline is the Head Remedial Therapist for the Brisbane Roar Hyundai A-League Team and provides her services to Football Federation Australia, for the U17, U20 National Women’s Football Teams; and the National Men’s Futsal Team. Caroline is a registered Level 2 Sports Trainer with Sports Medicine Australia and holds Professional Membership with Massage and Myotherapy Australia.
Damian has over 10 years of experience working in the massage profession. His treatments are primarily made up of deep tissue muscle stripping, trigger pointing, passive stretching, lymphatic drainage and neuromuscular techniques. Damian has experience working with a wide range of people including office workers, trade workers, kids, the elderly, the disabled, pregnant women, weekend warriors and professional athletes. He has helped people with various muscle and joint problems including migraines, disc bulges, shermans, scoliosis, muscle overuse, strains, sprains, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, shin splints and fibromyalgia.
Leah graduated with her Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy in 2010 and has continued her studying in all things massage specialising in sports, cupping, dry needling, trigger point therapy and pregnancy massage. She enjoys in particular treating shoulders, neck, tension headache, sinus and jaw problems.
Leah is friendly, energetic and outgoing with a passion for the health industry and consistently aims to tailor each treatment to the individual needs of the client.
Deb completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) in 2017 and is also a qualified remedial massage therapist. Deb is very passionate about the health and wellbeing of her clients and through her acupuncture methods she specifically targets: headaches, insomnia, women’s health, all aspects of pregnancy, anxiety and depression, reducing stress, improving sleep, aiding digestion and musculoskeletal.
Deb is patient, supportive, friendly and warm in nature and offers specialised treatments such as: dry needling; pregnancy induction massage; lymphatic drainage; and cupping therapy, as well as acupuncture and remedial/sports/deep tissue & pregnancy massage. Deb’s love for acupuncture stems from it being a holistic, individualised treatment that brings together body, mind and emotions. It’s also a fabulous drug free option for pain relief, especially during pregnancy and also benefits children too.
